Launch of Together4RD’s Policy Asks
Together for Rare Diseases (Together4RD) held its firs in person event in the European Parliament on 10th November.
The meeting was hosted by MEP Champions MEP Frédérique Ries, MEP Ondrej Knotek and MEP Sara Cerdas, and moderated by Tamsin Rose, Senior Fellow at Friends of Europe. Together4RD launched its Policy Asks: “A new model for collaboration to address areas of unmet need in rare diseases”.

Public-private partnerships within the proposed European Action Plan for Rare Diseases
Together4RD hosted a multi-stakeholder meeting, with representatives from across the rare disease community as well as policy makers, to discuss how public-private partnerships should be enabled and promoted within the proposed European Action Plan for Rare Diseases.

We’re delighted that Together4RD will be back at WODC 2023 to provide an update on work so far this year on the pilot projects, as well as to share key findings in our recently published White Paper/position statement!

1. A half-day track on ERNs (14h10-16h10)
2. A plenary panel discussion on the policy environment for ERN-industry collaboration (16h30-17h30)
